Ice Plant Hiyayakko
Chilled tofu dishes are common appetisers or side dishes in Japanese cuisine. You’ll be able to taste how smooth and silky the tofu is. We’re switching up the toppings a little by introducing our very own flair.

Ingredients:
1 Silken tofu block 300g
1 handful Scallion finely sliced
2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 handful Just Ice plant
¼ cup Katsuobushi
Directions:
- Drain the tofu for 10-15 minutes by placing paper towels around the tofu.
- Place tofu on a serving plate and gently place the Katsuobushi, Ice Plant and Scallion on top.
- Drizzle Light Soy Sauce and Toasted Sesame Oil over. Enjoy!
