Ice Plant Salmon Poke Bowl

Find comfort in a Salmon Poke Bowl when you’re missing some Hawaiian cuisine! You can think of a poke bowl as deconstructed sushi in a bowl. Consisting of marinated sashimi, rice and some greens, you’ll find your daily nutrition in this simple recipe. With Poke, any fin is possible!

Ingredients: 

Just Ice Plant

Sushi grade Salmon 

1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce 

1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil 

1 portion Cooked Rice 

2 stalks Green Onion (finely chopped)

Sesame Seeds 



Directions:

  1. Dice sushi grade salmon into bite sized cubes and place it into a bowl.
  2. Add Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce into the bowl and stir until well combined.
  3. Prepare a bowl of rice and top it with the Salmon and Ice Plant.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and finely chopped green onion. It is now ready to be served. Bon appetit!
