Refund policy





NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES



Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any items sent back to us will not be accepted.

Please get in touch with us using our chat box on your bottom right hand corner! Alternatively, you can email sales@justproduce.sg if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.



REFUNDS



For damaged, defective or wrong items.

If the products you received were different from your order, or in the case of defective or damaged goods, we will provide a credit refund. Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong.

RESCHEDULING DELIVERY/PICK UP

Do inform us in advance if you would like to reschedule your delivery. Raise your request in the chat box on the bottom right of your screen OR email us at sales@justproduce.sg. Changes are assessed on a case to case basis and not all are guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding while we do our best to assist you on the change.

To be eligible for a return, please take picture of the products in its original condition and packaging within same day of receiving. We will evaluate the issue on a case-to-case basis.

Do note that condensation on packagings is normal due to temperature differences. This is not considered as a defect.

To start a return, you can contact us using our chat box or email sales@justproduce.sg. If your return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Do note that refunds will be processed within 14 working days. Please inform us if it has not been reflected in your bank or credit card company after 14 working days.
